1. Basic provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relations between the parties to the purchase agreement, where Node advert sro ID: 29143543 is the seller on one side and the buyer is on the other side. Legal relations between the seller and the consumer not expressly regulated by these conditions are governed by the relevant provisions of Act. No. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, both in valid and effective wording, as well as related regulations.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that his age exceeds the age of 18.

Purchase contract

The purchase contract is created upon acceptance of the order by the seller and its confirmation. The resulting contract (including the agreed price) can be changed or canceled only based on the agreement of the parties or on the basis of legal reasons.

Relationships and any disputes that arise will be resolved mainly by amicable means and mutual agreement.
The contract is concluded in the Czech language. If a translation of the text of the contract is created for the buyer's needs, the interpretation of the contract in the Czech language applies in the event of a dispute over the interpretation of terms.

The concluded contract is archived by the seller for a period of at least five years from its conclusion, but no longer than for the period according to the relevant legal regulations, for the purpose of its successful fulfillment and is not accessible to third parties. Information about the individual technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract can be found in these terms and conditions, where this process is clearly described. The buyer has the opportunity to check and possibly correct the order before sending it. These terms and conditions are available on the seller's website and are thus enabled to be archived and reproduced by the buyer. The terms and conditions are part of the order confirmation email.

2. Transport options and delivery times

Transport in the Czech and Slovak Republics

The goods are delivered in the Czech Republic and Slovakia or other EU countries by a transport service (TopTrans, Zásilkovna, GLS, WE-DO, FOFR, Slovak Post, DPD, PPL or other similar transport companies). It is also possible to use personal collection at a place of your choice or agree on another method of import. The transport conditions are governed by the conditions of the carrier.

Shipping the goods

The supplier undertakes to send the goods marked "in stock" within the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic immediately upon receipt of the order, within a maximum period of 72 hours (three working days) from receipt of proof of payment for the order. The supplier is not liable for damage caused by late delivery by a third party.
The supplier reserves the right to withdraw from the contract for the supply of goods if, due to capacity reasons, he is unable to send the product within 72 hours (does not apply to goods marked with the words "To order" or a similar obvious description). The customer will be informed of the withdrawal.

3. Payment terms

The following payment options are available
Payment by cash on delivery (on collection) - You pay the selected goods to the delivery person at the time of collection.
Payment by bank transfer (advance) - The goods are sent after the payment has been made by transferring the amount to our bank account. After sending the order, you will be sent payment details and assigned an identification number. Use this as a variable symbol (VS).
Payment in cash or by card directly at the store - can be used when picking up goods in person.
Card payment on the website through a payment gateway.

The invoice is delivered electronically in PDF format to the email from the order.
In the case of
request for the delivery of a physical paper version of the invoice, this action (service) is charged in the amount of CZK 100 incl. VAT

VAT payers from abroad are obliged to pay the purchase price without VAT (transferred tax liability), i.e. to fill in the company's parameters in the e-shop to be verified as a legitimate and verified payer, so that the amounts in the order are displayed and calculated without VAT.
At the same time, this customer purchases a product or service abroad, e.g. Slovakia.
Foreign means a country different from the Czech Republic.
In the case of paying the amount including VAT and subsequently requesting a VAT refund, a fee of 15 euros is charged for this action as a cost associated with the VAT refund.
The amount will be deducted from the refundable VAT.

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.

4. Shipping cost

The shipping price is calculated automatically according to the total weight of the goods or other parameters. Its amount is indicated in the order before it is sent.

5. Warranty, withdrawal from the contract and complaints procedure

We provide a 24-month warranty on new goods
We provide a 12-month warranty on used goods.
Furthermore, we allow the return of goods without giving reasons and the return of the price of the goods within 30 days of purchase.

The electronic form of the order is sufficient for the process of complaints, returns and exchanges.

We resolve the complaint process as soon as possible, ideally immediately on the spot by suggesting possible solutions (exchange, refund,...) within the legal deadline at the latest.

All potential disputes will primarily be resolved amicably out of court in order to achieve mutual satisfaction.

6. Protection of personal data

We store your personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data.
By submitting an order, you voluntarily provide us with your personal data. You agree that your personal data will be used for purposes related to order processing. We will keep the data until you withdraw your consent. More on the issue of personal data can be found below.

The necessary information about the customer will also be transferred to third parties (Google, Seznam, Heureka) and only for the purpose of analyzing the purchase, evaluating the quality of the product and the seller. In connection with the transfer of basic information, the comparators generate a questionnaire and send it to the customer by email to be filled out.

News and other commercial communications may be sent to the buyer's e-mail address or phone number, this procedure is permitted by § 7 paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on information society services, unless the buyer refuses it . These messages can be unsubscribed at any time in any way - for example by sending an e-mail or clicking on a link in a commercial message.

4. The processing of personal data is carried out by eshop navsechno.cz , i.e. by the administrator of personal data. Personal data for this manager are also processed by processors
