This is one of the variants of the new liner for the IBC tank .
This version of the tank is most often used to store drinking water , wine, cider and any other liquid in the home and industry.
The tank can be used for storing and moving technical liquids such as oil, diesel, AdBlue, etc.
it contains only a plastic inner insert fitted with an integrated faucet, a top lid, a bottom lid for an integrated main faucet.
When filled with liquid, the plastic container is not self-supporting and needs a cage or its alternative to be fastened to the sides, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the cock .
The inner tank itself can withstand "tilting" to the sides, i.e. it deforms, but does not burst.
The upper inlet opening is fitted with a DN 225 screw cap.
The color of the container is BLACK .
The black container prevents the penetration of UV radiation and is suitable for storage in the dark. Water does not bloom. The sunlight slightly warms the tank.
The bottom outlet is welded 2" (DN50) with S60x6 thread known as coarse thread.
For the delivery of the IBC tank together with the reducer, we automatically match the correct outlet and reducer.
The tank seals, ready for immediate filling.
The outlet valve is sealed with each new tank and the outlet is blinded with an original foil plug.
It is also closed with a sealing cap for double protection. 
The tanks are closed directly on the production line, they are not opened during transport and storage.
As a result of temperature changes and the resulting negative/overpressure, the tank may show slight signs of collapse or denting/blowing.
These properties do not affect functionality and are eliminated when filled with liquid.
For the same reason, it can also be more difficult to permit the upper vika.
The new tanks have a recognized hygiene certificate that can be downloaded from the product page as an attachment.
The delivered goods may differ from the photo, e.g. the shaping of the plastic wall, parcolor shades, cage grids and a typical palette look.

IBC nádrže jsou průmyslový obal, který díky své životnosti a ceně je oblíbený i v domácím prostředí, na zahradách atd.
IBC nádrže jsou z velmi odolného HDPE plastu. Jedná se o vysokohustotní polyetylén (HDPE neboli PE-HD) stálost materiálu je od -40 do 110°C.
HDPE má vysoký stupeň krystality jež způsobuje jeho vysokou chemickou odolnost proti rozpouštědlům.
Materiál je odolný vůči kyselinám, rostlinným olejům, alkoholu a dlouhodobému zahřívání do cca. 110°C.
Má vynikající houževnatost, odolnost proti otěru, pevnost v tahu a jeho opotřebení je minimální. Nepřijímá pachy.
HDPE je netoxický a recyklovatelný využívaný hojně v potravinářském průmyslu.
Jelikož HDPE plast nereaguje s látkami umístěnými uvnitř lze recyklovat a využít také použité nádoby.
Plast lze spolu vzájemně svářet a spojovat.
IBC nádrž je přizpůsobena pro snadnou manipulaci za pomoci mechanizace (paletový vozík, VZV.. ) i v naplněném stavu. Pozinkovaná klec je šrouby spojena s paletou.
Nádrž je ve spodní části na kratší straně osazena plastovým výpustním kohoutem.
IBC kontejner je určen pro přepravu tekutin a výpustný ventil není koncipován na časté používání.
Spodní výpust nádrž má na výstupní straně závit. Je uzavřena těsnícím víčkem pro dvojí jištění.
Na výpustný ventil je možno místo těsnícího víčka našroubovat koleno, prodloužení, redukci závitu, redukční adaptér se zahradním kohoutem..
Nádrže lze vzájemně propojit
V tomto systému, například dešťová voda stéká z okapového svodu pomocí trubky kopoflex (průměr 110 mm a 125 mm) do jedné z nádrží a přes spoje se plní i další připojené nádrže.
Pro připojení nádrží využíváme redukce DN 50 na PPS trubku, případně DN 80 na PPS trubku.
Rozvod je budován trubkou 32mm za pomoci tvarovek PPS (kolen, T kusů, spojek, zátek atd).
Do rozvodů je možné vkládat další prvky jako například redukce s výpustnými ventily.
Pro spojení nádrží na sobě je pozinkovaná paleta vhodnější. Na rozdíl od ostatních má podpěrné špalky jen po obvodu.
Pří umístění nádrží na sobě tak umožňuje snadný přístup k vrchnímu víku spodní nádrže.
