Whether you are fighting stubborn stains on your clothes, want to add whiteness to your fabrics, or are looking for a reliable solution for disinfection and bleaching at low temperatures, TAED is the answer to all your needs.
Thanks to its ability to activate peroxides at lower temperatures, it not only saves energy but also the environment – while guaranteeing results that will amaze you.
TAED – Tetraacetylethylenediamine
TAED is used as an activator for sodium percarbonate in washing at lower temperatures.
By adding TAED, peroxide is released even at low temperatures (when washing below 60°C).
5% (50 g per kilogram) is added to sodium percarbonate. That is, in a ratio of 1:20.
This means that 150g of TEAD is for 3kg of Sodium Percarbonate (PUER).
This unique product is an indispensable helper in households, industrial operations, and in paper and textile production.
The color variants of TAED are most often white , blue , or green .
The reason is marketing and visual appeal.
In a commercial context, colors can improve the visual appeal of a product, especially in packaging for home use, such as adding to laundry detergents.
Imagine how easy it is to get rid of coffee, wine or grass stains without having to resort to harsh chemicals or high temperatures. TAED works with peroxides such as sodium percarbonate or perborate to create peroxyacetic acid – a powerful but gentle bleach that works at 40°C. This means that your laundry will not only stay clean, but will also stay as good as new for a long time, without unnecessary wear and tear on the fibres. In addition, its bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal properties will ensure that your textiles are not only sparkling white, but also hygienically clean. TAED is the ideal choice for modern households that want to combine efficiency with respect for nature.
