The hose fitting, hose mandrel, is intended for connecting a hose. It is a transition element from one system (fixed screw outlet to hose).
After inserting the plastic mandrel into the hose, we fix the hose using a hose clip .
In the case of sizes 5/4" 6/4" and 2", it already contains a blue ring for fixing a thin-walled hose. This can be removed when attaching a thick-walled hose and replaced with a steel clip.
The screwable connection of the hose - the external pipe thread (G) enables a firm connection of the hose to the discharge point (tap, outlet, etc.).
We ensure a perfectly tight connection using Teflon tape around the thread.
The hose is made of plastic (PP), its design ensures smooth passage of liquid.
the dimensions of the mandrels are intended for the following hoses:
20mm for hoses 3/4"
25mm for hoses 1"
32 mm for 5/4" hoses (in case of determination and increased effort, it can also be fitted to 1" hoses of some brands)
40mm for hoses 6/4"
50mm for 2" hoses
