Op grond van EU-richtlijn 2023/2673 heeft u het recht om binnen 14 dagen zonder opgave van redenen de koopovereenkomst te herroepen.

Bestellingsverificatie

Voer om het herroepingsproces te starten uw bestelnummer en het e-mailadres in dat u bij het plaatsen van de bestelling hebt gebruikt.

U vindt uw bestelnummer in de bevestigingsmail of in uw bestelgegevens.

Informatie over het herroepingsrecht

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt of goods.
  • Please return the goods to us no later than 14 days after submitting this form.
  • The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
  • We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (at the cheapest available rate).
  • We will refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, but not before receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
