Za pokretanje postupka odustanka unesite broj narudžbe i adresu e-pošte korištenu pri narudžbi.
Informacije o pravu na odustanak
- The withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt of goods.
- Please return the goods to us no later than 14 days after submitting this form.
- The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
- We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (at the cheapest available rate).
- We will refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, but not before receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
