Dosage for maximum effect:

• Soiled laundry : Mix 1-2 tablespoons in warm water and let the laundry soak for several hours or overnight to remove stubborn stains.
  
  

  • Heavily soiled laundry : 2-4 tablespoons (30-60 grams) into the washing machine, half the amount for colored laundry, wash at 50-60°C.
    
    TIP : For washing at lower temperatures, add TAED activator for great results.

• Cleaning : To clean surfaces, mix 1-2 tablespoons with hot water, let it work, then rinse or wash thoroughly.

COMPOSITION:

Sodium percarbonate is an adduct of sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide (2 Na2CO3 + 3 H2O2)
therefore contains sodium carbonate and peroxyhydrate

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE:

Peroxide is released only at 60 degrees, so you need to use a TAED activator (those blue particles in washing powder). If you wash clothes or dishes below this temperature, add 5 percent TAED. The released peroxide with TAED creates peracetic acid, which has excellent bleaching and disinfecting properties.

For a dirty tea or fruit mug, half a teaspoon and boiling water are enough. (TAED is not needed for boiling water)

Washing powders containing percarbonate have between 10-30 percent. More expensive ones reach up to 40 percent.

PRODUCTION:

Sodium percarbonate is produced industrially by crystallization of a solution of sodium carbonate (washing soda) and hydrogen peroxide at 10-20 °C. It crystallizes in the presence of stabilizers, such as magnesium silicate, and salting-out agents, mainly sodium chloride. Crystallization aids, such as polyphosphates or polyacrylates, are used. The product is obtained as coarse, mechanically stable crystals, which are centrifuged and subsequently dried.

There are other methods based on a similar principle (spraying the mixture into hot air or dry granulation).

The processes can be summarized as ecological.
